1. Person whose name and contact details are being shared must know (read and write) both Bengali and English
2. AP can use the brand name Of Invesmate but cannot publish, print ,use the logo of Invesmate and associates and brand etc in any form (digitally and prints) except the marcom materials being provided by the company to him or her.
3. All the commission earned by the AP will be paid after the deduction of TDS and applicable taxes as per law of the land, which can be claimed by the AP during the time of filing the itr
4. No AP can give any buying ,selling recommendation by talking the name of Invesmate
5. The AP will be entitled to get the commission on the fee of the students for the first three months irrespective of the collection of the fee in one shot or three EMI. The rest of commission is only corelated to the EMI of fees received after three months from the students can be claimed by the AP regularly up to the continuation or completion of the course of the student only.
6. Payout cycle of the month has been kept once, no payment request shall be entertained before and after the define payment date even after if the AP has accumulated commission in his/her LMS account.
7. Referral of AP by an another AP is allowed up to 2(Two) in a calendar month and payout will be made after the first sales contributed by those APs
8. The AP must disclose the affiliate relationship to the leads he/she is approaching.
9. Affiliate disclosure language must kept transparent , no fake/ambiguous promises to be made to the leads and in case of notice of any such event , code of the ap will be deactivated instantly;
10. Any lead which has been submitted by the another AP will be considered as duplicate leads and no payout will be made against that;
11. From time to time, company may run special incentive programme all or some of the aps and those cases decision of Invesmate Management will be considered as final
12. Beside regular payout, payout related to special promotion will be paid once in a Calendar month;
13. Company may support with business card and marcom materials, eligibility of getting those required successfully conversion of 1 leads in first 15days.
14. Promoting or undertaking any illegal activities, borrowing, lending under the Brand name of Invesmate will attract the deactivation of the code and legal steps will be initiated under Kolkata jurisdiction.
15. Any AP enroll himself or herself for the course will not be entitled to any payout or commission.
16. The company or the organization does not in any way promote or offer any Multi Level Marketing(MLM) or Network Marketing.
